Hanley Street is a build-to-rent apartment scheme based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The scheme comprises 203no. apartments, 2no. street level commercial units, resident amenity spaces, 2no. landscaped courtyards, communal roof terrace and a basement car park.
White Ink Architects have been involved in the project since September 2020, to develop, coordinate and help construct this high quality, sustainable residential development on a large undeveloped urban block with a contextually driven architectural intervention making a valuable contribution to the Gun Quarter of Birmingham.
