The mixed use scheme is comprised of varying housing typologies and is being developed by Client Thameswey Developments ltd. As the architect delivering the scheme, White Ink have a close working relationship with Contractor Gilbert Ash to carry the project through RIBA stages 3-6, building upon the previous architect, BDP’s Stage 2 design.
Phase Red includes a block of 39 apartments, 7no. maisonettes with retail spaces below as well as 69 elderly care flats and 10 no. mews houses. This phase includes a landscaped external podium space connecting the two apartment blocks with carparking facilities beneath.
