Southbank Place is a redevelopment project featuring the preservation of the Shell Tower and the demolition of other buildings. Building 5, designed by Stanton Williams, includes 13 residential floors, retail/restaurant spaces, gym, and a spa.

White Ink were appointed to advance the design from stages 3 onwards. This design and coordination of the facade has required full-scale visual and tested mock-ups to ensure that the design met both aesthetic and performance requirements. White Ink have led the coordination of intricate interfaces and details to create the minimalist finish.

A bespoke and high-end interior has required us to work closely with specialist contractors, manufacturers and suppliers to accurately deliver the design. This has involved multiple visits to Portugal, Italy, and Turkey to source materials, liaise with manufacturers and ensure that the finished product met the required quality standards.
