Canalside - Phase Red, Woking
Phase Red is the second phase of the Sheerwater Regeneration Masterplan to be delivered by White Ink Architects, following the completion of Phase Purple residential project in June 2021.
The mixed use scheme is comprised of varying housing typologies and is being developed by Client Thameswey Developments ltd. As the architect delivering the scheme, White Ink have a close working relationship with Contractor Gilbert Ash to carry the project through RIBA stages 3-6, building upon the previous architect, BDP’s Stage 2 design.
Phase Red includes a block of 39 apartments, 7no. maisonettes with retail spaces below as well as 69 elderly care flats and 10 no. mews houses. This phase includes a landscaped external podium space connecting the two apartment blocks with carparking facilities beneath.
