Canalside - Purple Phase, Woking
Canalside – Purple Phase is a mixed-use scheme being built as part of the significant Sheerwater Regeneration Masterplan, a 74-acre site which is being developed in phases by Thameswey Developments, which will “create a thriving, sustainable community that meets the changing needs of modern living.”
As Delivery Architect on Purple Phase, White Ink is working closely with Gilbert Ash to develop the RIBA Stage 3 design by BDP and deliver this high quality scheme.
Raised landscaped gardens are bounded by 10 townhouses and a block of 82 apartments in a courtyard arrangement. Car parking spaces are provided underneath a podium deck. A management suite will be located on the ground floor.
