WYSIWYG – What You See Is What You Get
At White Ink Architects, it is very important to us that our clients get completed buildings that look like our design images. To do this we use our strong technical knowledge from the very beginning, to ensure that our earliest design concepts can be realised exactly as intended.
We deliver what is promised.
Terrace Mount, Bournemouth
We worked closely with McAleer & Rushe D&B Contractors to develop the RIBA Stage 2+ design by Cube Architects into a scheme which was both financially viable and met the strict requirements of the hotelier as outlined in their Brand Standards.
“We are delighted with the results which, despite the complexity of the brief and scale of development, optimise the potential of a restrictive, difficult urban site and deliver a series of high-quality, unique and innovative buildings.”
Peter Tisdale, THAT Group

The Clayton Hotel, Cardiff
The client had previously experienced several unsuccessful attempts to come up with a viable development on the restrictive, complex site. Our design proposal was 15% more efficient than previous efforts – and issues such as buildability and logistics were considered and ‘designed in’ from the outset. This resulted in financially viable construction costs and thus, a feasible development.
